AlloArtisan is a matching service for home improvement and related services in the canton of Geneva.

Our role

We collect your request and look for suitable professionals. AlloArtisan does not carry out the work, prepare the professional’s quote or collect payment for the work. Any service agreement is made directly between you and the professional.

Free, no-obligation requests

The matching request is free for individuals. You remain free to decline proposals. Any paid visit, assessment or service must be explained and agreed with the professional before it takes place.

Processing requests

Your request must concern a genuine need and contain accurate information. We may ask for more details or decline to share an unusable request. Recipients are professionals matching your project and location. No number of quotes, price, response time or outcome is guaranteed.

Choosing a professional

Before committing, check the quote, scope, timing, insurance and qualifications needed for your project. Compare offers with equivalent scope. An introduction is not a certification of the professional.

Communication and emergencies

The service operates by email only. It is not suitable for situations requiring immediate intervention.
