This page explains how information sent to AlloArtisan is processed. For questions, email devis@alloartisan.ch.

Information collected

The form collects your first name, email, required trade, municipality, postal code, preferred timing and project description. The form does not ask you for your phone number or exact street address. Do not include sensitive information or access codes in the description.

Use and recipients

This information is used to process your request, verify your email and find suitable professionals. After your confirmation and our review, it may be shared with professionals matching your project and location, who may contact you by email. It is not published on the website.

Requests are saved in the administration. Access to requests is restricted to authorised administrators.

Hosting and security

The website and email service are hosted by Infomaniak. The form is submitted over HTTPS. Technical data, including connection logs, may be processed by the host. A temporary hashed IP address is used to limit abusive submissions and expires after one hour.

Retention

Unconfirmed requests are scheduled to move to the trash after seven days; confirmed requests after 90 days. Permanent deletion then follows the WordPress trash process. Copies in emails and backups follow the retention periods of those services.

Cookies and analytics

The public AlloArtisan experience does not add advertising cookies or audience tracking. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login.

Requests about your data

You can email devis@alloartisan.ch to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw a request before it is shared. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. If your information has already been shared with a professional, we will explain the possible next steps with that recipient.
